27 -> Global Timer
29-> Private Local Timer
ARM Global Timer
Interrupts to all the cpus using ID27.
ARM Local Timer
Interrupts only the local cpu using ID29.
Local Timer not supported in OMAP4 ES2.1
Rescheduling Interrupts are due to IPI.
